Dr. Richard Haines has some pretty impressive credentials, including a bachelors degree, Masters degree and a PhD. He has spent time working at the NASA-Ames facility between 1967 and 1986 as a research scientist, and in 1986 through 1988 he was the Chief of Space Human Factors Office at NASA-Ames. During his career he has recorded over 3000 UFO reports which he has personally investigated and you can learn more about these reports with the video below.
