Anyone who has watched the movie ‘Close Encounters of the Third Kind’ will likely remember the scene where the electronics stopped working in the car around the same time UFO flies by and subjects the driver to radiation burns on his face. That scene was actually snatched from real life. In 1957 in Levelland Texas dozens of witnesses reported strange lights in the sky that made their engine stop working. Initially the police believed it to be a hoax however they passed it on to Project Blue Book for further investigation. Although police in the area witnessed the lights in the sky, the Project Blue Book investigators decided it was an electrical storm and ball lightning caused electronic outages. That is despite the fact that no thunderstorms were in that area the evening of the event. Again we have a case of the government covering up things I cannot explain.
