Before Jimmy Carter was first governor of Georgia, then president of the United States, he was a peanut farmer in rural Georgia. Gerald Ford on the other hand was vice president to Richard Nixon, who resigned from office in disgrace, moving Ford into the presidency. Both men believed there were unexplained events happening in our skies and Mr. Ford was quoted as saying, “Are we to assume that everyone who says he has seen UFOs is an unreliable witness?
